Had recently renovated and large room, it included luggage storage and a sofa bed. We had a magnificent view of the sea and a good bed. Attentive staff especially at the reception desk and the location was lovely to all areas of the resort.

The place was popular and had welcoming staff especially at the reception desk, loved the stay. The breakfast was amazing with beer on draft and croissants, for example, the best I had in Playa de las Americas. Spotless and airy rooms were new-fashioned with large terraces.

We were there for 7 nights and felt would definitely return here. Location: the hotel was so close to Siam Park, Jungle Park, Loro Parque, Camel park, Monkey Park and Aqualand, nearby beaches and a sandy beach, bars and food. Plus, it was approx 15 mins walk from Playa de las Vistas.

Thanks a lot guys for a very enjoyable stay for September 2019. The hotel serves inclusive breakfasts at the best hot chocolate I 've had in a while. The location is decent, early to the restaurant. Moreover, it is so close to the best tenerife, taxi to-and-from airport and the main bus stop.
